We only accept original comment pieces and ask that all submissions comply with the following guidelines:
- Pieces should not exceed 750 words
- Spell out names rather than using acronyms
- Links to further reading are permissible provided they are not commercial in nature
- Generic press releases are not accepted
- Product promotion is not accepted
- Comments about events, such as budgets, sporting occasions and international gatherings, need to be submitted during or very shortly after those events to be considered

Adama Dumbuya is an accredited advisor to the United Nations for the government of Sierra Leone.
Adeem Younis is an English-Pakistani entrepreneur, philanthropist, and humanitarian born on 17 October 1980. He founded SingleMuslim.com, a digital matrimony platform, and established Penny Appeal, an international humanitarian charity. Younis serves as a founding board member of Penny Appeal USA and played a key role in setting up the charity's branches in South Africa, Canada, and Australia, extending its global reach in humanitarian work.
Beyond his charitable endeavours, Younis is a Founding Circle Member of the British Asian Trust, demonstrating his commitment to supporting communities across South Asia and the United Kingdom. His entrepreneurial achievements earned him recognition in 2019 when Insider Media named him among Yorkshire's leading entrepreneurs in their "42 under 42" list.
