Alberto Costa MP

I appreciate your request, but I need to point out that the source material you've provided appears to be about a different person than the one named in your request.

The source describes Alberto Bernardes Costa, born in Alcobaça in 1947, who served as Portuguese Minister of Justice from 2005 to 2009. However, you've asked for a biography of "Alberto Costa MP," which suggests a Member of Parliament, likely in the UK context given Comment Central is a UK political website.

These appear to be two different individuals. Alberto Costa MP (the British parliamentarian) would be a different person from Alberto Bernardes Costa (the former Portuguese Justice Minister).

To write an accurate biography for Comment Central, I would need source material specifically about the Alberto Costa MP who writes for the publication. Could you provide the correct source material for this person?
